We are looking for a Freelance ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to help optimise core IT service management processes and support ongoing transformation work.
Key responsibilities
- Work on Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Service Catalogue processes
- Support design workshops and process improvements
- Configure and optimise ITSM workflows
- Work closely with business and technical teams
- Support testing and deployment activities
Profile sought
- Strong ServiceNow ITSM consulting experience
- Good functional understanding of IT operations and support processes
- Experience across implementation or enhancement projects
- French-speaking environment preferred
