We are looking for a Freelance ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to help optimise core IT service management processes and support ongoing transformation work.

Key responsibilities

• Work on Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Service Catalogue processes
• Support design workshops and process improvements
• Configure and optimise ITSM workflows
• Work closely with business and technical teams
• Support testing and deployment activities

Profile sought

• Strong ServiceNow ITSM consulting experience
• Good functional understanding of IT operations and support processes
• Experience across implementation or enhancement projects
• French-speaking environment preferred
