Lead Databricks Lakehouse Consultant

We are looking for a Lead Databricks Lakehouse Consultant to support a high-profile enterprise transformation programme. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to define, shape, and deliver a modern lakehouse strategy that will underpin analytics, AI, and reporting across multiple business units.

This is a senior-facing role with strong visibility and real strategic impact.

• What you will do
• Lead the design and rollout of a modern Databricks lakehouse platform
• Define best practices around modelling, governance, and architecture
• Support delivery teams across engineering and analytics workstreams
• Engage with senior stakeholders on roadmap and transformation priorities
• Help drive adoption of scalable cloud-native data patterns
• What we are looking for
• Strong Databricks consulting or architecture experience
• Deep understanding of lakehouse design principles
• Strong Spark, SQL, and cloud platform knowledge
• Experience leading workshops and advising senior business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and delivery leadership skills
