SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Total Rewards Consultant

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Total Rewards Consultant to support a global HR transformation programme.

Key responsibilities

• Support design and configuration across SuccessFactors Compensation
• Work with HR, reward, and HRIS stakeholders on annual compensation processes
• Help align system setup with salary review, bonus, and reward policies
• Participate in workshops, testing, UAT, and rollout support
• Support process improvements and post-go-live optimisation

Profile sought

• Proven experience with SuccessFactors Compensation
• Good understanding of salary review and reward processes
• Ability to work closely with HR and HRIS teams
• Experience in international or multi-country environments is a plus
• French language beneficial
