SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Total Rewards Consultant
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Total Rewards Consultant to support a global HR transformation programme.
Key responsibilities
- Support design and configuration across SuccessFactors Compensation
- Work with HR, reward, and HRIS stakeholders on annual compensation processes
- Help align system setup with salary review, bonus, and reward policies
- Participate in workshops, testing, UAT, and rollout support
- Support process improvements and post-go-live optimisation
Profile sought
- Proven experience with SuccessFactors Compensation
- Good understanding of salary review and reward processes
- Ability to work closely with HR and HRIS teams
- Experience in international or multi-country environments is a plus
- French language beneficial
