We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support an ongoing HR transformation programme for a large international client.

Key responsibilities

• Support configuration and optimisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Work with HR, payroll, and project stakeholders on requirements and design
• Participate in workshops, solution design, testing, and deployment
• Assist with data validation, process alignment, and post-go-live improvements
• Support integration discussions with other HR systems

Profile sought

• Proven experience on SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Good understanding of core HR processes
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders
• Strong experience in transformation or rollout environments
• French language is a plus
