We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Talent / Performance Consultant to support enhancements across performance, goals, and talent processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support design and configuration across Performance & Goals and related talent modules
• Run workshops with HR and talent stakeholders
• Translate requirements into scalable system solutions
• Support testing, UAT, and release activities
• Help improve user adoption and process consistency

Profile sought

• Strong experience in SuccessFactors Talent modules
• Good understanding of performance and talent management processes
• Ability to work in a stakeholder-facing role
• Experience in international environments preferred
