SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards Consultant
We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Total Rewards Consultant to support a key HR systems programme focused on compensation, rewards governance, and process optimisation.
Key responsibilities
- Support configuration and improvement of Total Rewards processes within SuccessFactors
- Work with compensation, HR, and systems teams on process requirements
- Help deliver enhancements around bonus planning, salary reviews, and reward workflows
- Support testing, release management, and business readiness activities
- Assist with user adoption and reporting improvements
Profile sought
- Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation / Rewards
- Good functional understanding of total rewards processes
- Strong stakeholder-facing communication skills
- Previous experience in HR transformation programmes preferred
