We are hiring a SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay / Rewards Consultant to support the delivery of reward and performance-related processes within a large enterprise HR landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Support solution design and configuration in SuccessFactors Variable Pay / Compensation
• Work with reward and HR stakeholders on business requirements
• Participate in workshops, testing, and deployment support
• Help align system design with bonus and incentive processes
• Support post-go-live improvements and optimisation

Profile sought

• Strong experience in SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay
• Good understanding of reward and performance processes
• Experience in enterprise HR system delivery
• Ability to work in a business-facing consulting role
