Key responsibilities

• Support Hardware and Software Asset Management processes
• Improve asset lifecycle workflows and reporting
• Work with IT, procurement, and platform teams
• Support governance, compliance, and optimisation initiatives
• Help enhance platform configuration and usage

Profile sought

• Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management
• Good understanding of asset lifecycle processes
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders
• Previous enterprise environment experience
