We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business users and technical teams on a growing platform roadmap.

- Gather and document business requirements
- Run workshops with stakeholders
- Translate needs into user stories and functional requirements
- Support testing, UAT, and rollout preparation
- Work closely with developers, consultants, and project managers

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow projects
- Good understanding of ITSM processes
- Experience with workshops, process mapping, and documentation
- Strong stakeholder management skills
