Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM or HRSD.
• Gather requirements and provide solution design recommendations.
• Configure and optimise ServiceNow modules.
• Support testing and deployment activities.
Requirements:
• Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge.
• Experience in client-facing delivery roles.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.
