Overview
Global enterprise is seeking an experienced Workday Time & Absence Consultant to support full lifecycle implementation across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules
- Design and maintain accruals and leave plans
- Gather, analyse, and validate requirements
- Support Payroll integrations
- Lead workshops, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live support
- Provide post-implementation guidance and issue resolution
Required Experience
- 3+ years hands-on Workday Time & Absence experience
- Full lifecycle Workday implementation experience
- Strong knowledge of North American legislation and compliance
