Knowhow / Areas of Expertise of the Provider

• Expertise in European payroll legislation, ideally Germany and/or Slovenia
• Fluency in written and spoken English (required)
• SAP HR expertise on the Time and Payroll modules (more than 10 years) for configuration
• SAP HR expertise: knowledge of the main infotypes of administrative management, time management and payroll, ability to produce a payslip, use of time management and payroll
• Functional expertise in human resources
• Technical expertise in SAP HR, particularly time management and payroll
• Good knowledge of ABAP
• Skills in coordination and team management

Purpose of the Service

The Agile Business Analysis service is part of strengthening the DIR Time & Payroll team.
The objective is to support the Time & Payroll configuration team in the analysis and processing of anomalies, as well as in the design and implementation of user stories.

Main Tasks

• Animate Design workshops with the business teams
• Analysis, design and implementation of User Stories and their acceptance criteria, with payroll and time management expertise
• Execution of unit tests and regression tests during deliveries
• Operational support for products in production (anomaly analysis, investigation, resolution, contact with business teams)
